This is way beyond the pale. If the Republican Party once believed that their hate speech 'was under control', clearly that time has passed.The Republican Party has clearly lost control of their own message. Unable to win legislative battles based on issues, their base has turned to this disgraceful depiction of our President in an attempt to "frame the debate" in a more favorable light to their own obstructionist agenda.
What is more disgusting is the right-wing media embrace of images like this. The conservative website "American Thinker" had a message from their editor, Thomas Lifson, made this comment:
"Open mockery of of Barack Obama, as disillusionment sets in with the man, his policies, and the phony image of a race-healing, brilliant, scholarly middle-of-the-roader."The Republican Party, who claim the mantle of the true family values have clearly shown they have no values, class, or sense of respect for the President of the United States. The Republican Party is, quite simply, a party of cowards.
