Danny Smith (R) Doctors Video of "Tea Baggers" Shouting Down Kaye Kory (D)

Fun times over in the 38th House of Delegates district, as Republican candidate Danny Smith doctors a video of a Providence District Council forum last night. According to Smith, Kaye Kory's "temper flare[d]," and she "loudly scolded audience members, as she was noticeably irritated." This is totally false. What really happened, from witnesses who were at the forum, is that there was a large group of conservatives (aka, "tea baggers") that showed up and were shouting out crazy questions about taxes and the government being evil, Barack Obama indoctrinating our children and replacing Jesus' name with Obama, etc.

Of course, the Smith campaign cut out the disruptive behavior and attempted to make the video look like Kaye Kory was losing here temper. In fact, the only thing Smith accomplished was to make himself look duplicitous (not to mention sympathetic to the most extreme right-wing elements of the Republican Party). If you don't approve of this, please help out Kaye Kory any way you can. Thanks.
