McDonnell's Transportation Plan=Defund Education

Not sure about the music (what is this, back to the 1970s?), but overall I think this is a strong ad pointing out that Bob McDonnell's transportation "plan" will drain huge amounts of money from education and other "general fund" priorities (public safety, etc.). Not good.
