Great debate with Steve Shannon coming out the definite winner of the debate! Cuccinelli obviously can't stand unions as he made that point quite clear several times during the debate. Cuccinelli's stance on social issues would definitely adversely effect his ability to serve as Attorney General.Steve Shannon stressed the importance of keeping Virginians Safe and protecting children against predators and child pornographers. Obviously, Steve Shannon stressed the point over and over again about public safety and its importance to him.
He has also served as a prosecutor and does not need on the job training. Snide sarcastic pompous remarks by Cuccinelli really got old. It's very obvious he has little respect or empathy for either those who are poor or the working class. Steve Shannon's endorsement by the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce over Cuccinelli's non endorsement makes it clear who business favors in this race for Attorney General. The Fairfax Chamber of Commerce normally endorses Republicans. They sure didn't this go round!!
Great job Steve! We were all behind you tonight. Applause and cheering section for Steve was way louder and more enthusiastic than Cuccinelli crowd for sure. Get out there and work for Steve Shannon. Please let's not go back fifty plus years with someone whose major concern is social issues and discriminating against immigrants or anyone else he might choose on a given day.
