The only down-ballot race I’ve seen signs for is HD-35. Jim Hyland signs went up early, but now it’s mostly a battle between Esam Omeish and Mark Keam. While I can’t say who has the most (they’re everywhere), Keam definitely has the most distinctive signs; Omeish’s are a bit busy. They’re nothing, however, compared to the trainwreck that is Roy Baldwin. Not only was he the last to put them up, whoever thought yellow text on a white background was a good idea for a yard sign should find a different line of work. That last comment immediately made me wonder whether Patrick Hope's campaign in the 47th district used the same company to make its illegible, poorly-designed signs (also yellow and white, by the way). Why anyone would choose to spend money on signs that you can't read from more than a few feet away is utterly beyond me.
