About an hour ago, the House of Representatives voted 217-205 to move H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act, to a final vote. Not one Republican voted "aye" on this bill, while 30 Democrats defected to vote "nay." Here are the votes in the Virginia delegation.
