Video: Bob McDonnell Speaks at Shad Planking

This is in two parts because YouTube's limit is 10 minutes and McDonnell went over the 5 minutes he was supposed to speak. Also, I think it's notable that McDonnnell (3 minutes 40 seconds) talked far longer about Terry than about Brian (1 minute 30 seconds).

Funniest lines: "I'm particularly pleased that [Terry] put the map of Virginia on [his signs] so it reminds him what state he's in..."

"You know, another thing about Shad is that they're a fish that has a lot of oil in it and are caught offshore. And now I understand Moran's going to introduce legislation to stop drilling for shad offshore."
