Jeff Schapiro Eviscerates Bob McDonnell on Ethics

An instant classic from Jeff Schapiro. I particularly love the part about how Bob McDonnell "didn't waste a second throwing [Del. Phil Hamilton] under the bus" for his "ethical swamp." At the time, McDonnell "intoned" that "public officials should be beyond reproach, comport themselves as Caesar's wife." What about today? According to Schapiro, "that was the line McDonnell fed to voters" during the campaign. And now that McDonnell's been elected? Well, let's just say that McDonnell must have slept through ethics and morality class at Regent.
