Peggy Frank Out-raises Dave Nutter in 7th House District Race

Campaign Reports $28,148 in Total Contributions

(Christiansburg, VA) – Democratic House of Delegate’s candidate Peggy Frank reported that her campaign outraised Delegate Dave Nutter in the latest campaign finance reporting period. The 7th House District includes the City of Radford and portions of Montgomery and Pulaski Counties.

For the period Peggy Frank reported total receipts of $28,148, including cash contributions of $16,695 from 96 donors. Peggy Frank outraised her opponent by $2,595, who reported cash contributions of $14,100 from 28 donors and total receipts of $15,055. The reports published on June 1 included the period from April 1 through May 27, 2009.

“I am excited and gratified by the broad support our campaign has received over the last two months. This report shows that the people of the New River Valley are looking for change in the House of Delegates. I look forward to serving in Richmond and working to create the jobs we need to get our economy back on track in the New River Valley,” said Peggy Frank.

Peggy Frank has over 18 years of experience as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Montgomery and Pulaski Counties. She currently serves as Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Pulaski County. She and her husband Marshall have lived in the New River Valley for over 22 years and are the proud parents of three children.
