Warner: Do For Health Care What The IPhone Did To The Cell Phone

I think that Sen. Warner's amendments are fine as far as they go. However, unless the pilot programs he's proposing are a lot bigger than what they seem to be, I doubt they will significantly "bend the cost curve downwards," as Sen. Warner has been saying for months is one of his top priorities in health care reform. In short, I'm not really seeing the "IPhone" analogy here. Anyone else have a different take?
