Which Mitt Romney Will Bill Bolling Embrace?

Tuesday, May 19, 2009

Bill Bolling's website is announcing that "Governor Romney is coming back to Virginia to support Bill’s re-election campaign" and that "Romney will be Bill’s special guest for a fundraising breakfast in Newport News and a fundraising luncheon in Virginia Beach on May 29th." I wonder if that means Bill Bolling agrees with the super-liberal version of Mitt Romney who said in his debate with Ted Kennedy (see video above):

*"Abortion should be safe and legal in this country...we should sustain and support [Roe v. Wade]."

*"We can believe as we want, but we will not force our beliefs on [abortion]."

*"All people should be allowed to participate in the Boy Scouts regardless of their sexual orientation."

*"I'm not trying to return to Reagan-Bush."

*"Public companies and federal agencies should be required to report...the number of minorities and women by income group within the company so we can identify where the glass ceiling is and break through it?"

Or, does Bolling agree with the conservative Romney who now says that Roe v. Wade should be overturned, that "abortion is the wrong choice except in cases of incest, rape, and to save the life of the mother," "no longer favors nondiscrimination laws for gays and lesbians", etc., etc?

In short, which Mitt Romney is coming to fundraise for Bill Bolling, and which Mitt Romney will Bill Bolling be embracing?
