Sen. Whipple: House Budget Will Be "huge step backwards" for Pre-K

Thank you to my Senator, Mary Margaret Whipple, for fighting against House Republicans' plans to "undo years of progress in closing the achievement gap." As Sen. Whipple says, "Early childhood education is one of the smartest investments we can make for the future." So why on earth would we do anything that would harm these programs?
