Barack Obama: "What Health Reform Will Deliver – This Year"

See here for a listing of "how health insurance reform measures will benefit Americans this year." For instance, pre-existing condition exclusions for children will be eliminated in all new plans, as will lifetime limits and restrictive annual limits. New plans will be required to cover an enrollee’s dependent children until age 26. In addition, health care reform will "[p]rovide immediate access to insurance for uninsured Americans who are uninsured because of a pre-existing condition through a temporary high-risk pool." That's just a sampling of what will kick in this year. Not too shabby...
