Unfortunately, Englin et al. are facing tough challenges, as Ebbin also tweets, "Just got budget briefing. It keeps getting tougher..."
But never fear! "Gov-elect addressed House Democratic caucus w/ bipartisan message."
We'll see how that one works out...
