UPDATE: Courtesy of Wikipedia, here's a table of "czars" (largely just a meaningless shorthand term used by the media, by the way) per administration. Not that there's anything wrong with having advisors or calling them "czars," but since the right wingnuts - at least the Glenn Beck fanatics in this video - are hysterical about this word (apparently, they're hysterical about something new every day, whatever Glenn or Rush tell 'em), they all might be surprised that Ronald Reagan had a "czar" position and that George W. Bush had the most "czars" of any president. Whatever.
