An excellent question from the DPVA to Bill Bolling:
When Bill Bolling predictably chimes in on the Governor's difficult decisions to balance the budget today, be sure to ask him this one question: Why didn't you weigh in when you had a chance?
Though he has been invited to attend every year since taking office, Bolling failed to make it to every meeting of the Governor's Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates, which plays a critical role in the process of revenue forecasting.
In these tough economic times, if Bill couldn't figure out how to make it to a single GACRE meeting, then why should Virginia listen to him today, let alone elect this absentee lieutenant governor to another term?
