Go Git'm Jane!

Jane Hamsher of Firedoglake totally kicks...well, anything that can be kicked...in this segment. Check it out. In short, here are the opposing arguments.
1. Jane Hamsher: "The people in this country who have to go and face [health insurance company] bureaucrats who will not pay their bills and have to face financial ruin in order to get themselves treated, it's criminal. Basic health care access should be a basic human right in America."
2. Jillian Bandes: To paraphrase what she's getting at here in her mindless blathering: "We, the super-sensitive conservatives, are the ones who are really, truly concerned about peoples' access to health care, while on the other side it's all 'big pharma' pouring money into a dastardly plan to...uh, SOCIALISM!!!!" Ha. Also, "hardly anyone is REALLY uninsured, they just don't WANT insurance." [insert The Big Lie here about how health care reform advocates are talking about "government run health care" and "government bureaucrats telling you if you can see your doctor or not"] "Oh yes, I forgot to mention, if you don't have health care, are sick and/or are going bankrupt to pay your medical bills? Screw you, I've got mine - hahahahahaha!" No, those were not exact quotes by the blogger from TownHall (home of Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, Michele Bachmann, climate change deniers, etc.) but I think they capture the gist of the right-wing Republican argument.
Way to go, Jane! By the way, according to a recent NBC/Wall Street Journal poll, "the American public overwhelmingly [76%] favors a choice between getting insurance coverage either through the private market or a government run option." But wait, you say, this TownHall blogger says that only "Big Pharma" supports a public option. Sooo...I guess Big Pharma must account for 76% of America, then. Ha.
