8th CD Democratic State Central Committee Winners

I just got back from the 8th Congressional District Democratic Committee convention in Alexandria. There were speeches by candidates and surrogates for governor, LG and AG. There was also an election for the DPVA's State Central Committee from the 8th CD. Here are the winners.
