his website, Del. Tim Hugo (R-40) has a prominent post up about his support from the Kappa Sigma chapter at GMU. Unfortunately for Hugo, the GMU Kappa Sigs also have a rather unfortunate page on CollegeHumor.com - notably the
"opposite of MLK Blvd" photo. It's not exactly George Allen, "macaca," a deer head in a black man's mailbox, and the CCC, but still...a "joke" about "Coon Hunters" being the "opposite of MLK Blvd?" Is outright racism - even if couched as "humor" by a college fraternity - something that Tim Hugo really wants to be highlighting on his website?
