Support Loudoun County Chair Democratic Candidate Phyllis Randall's Ethics Pledge

Sunday, August 16, 2015

I just signed Phyllis Randall's ethics pledge for the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, and encourage everyone else to do so as well. I particularly like item #5, which I think should apply to the Virginia General Assembly as well: "Members of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors will be required to disclose to the Clerk in writing and verbally during the Supervisors' comment period any meeting (private or public) with an individual, company, or organization that has or will have business in front of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors." Nice job by (hopefully) the next Chair of the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, Phyllis Randall!
