Howard Dean on "Morning Joe": "We Will Have a Public Option at the End"

Wow, what a concept; a real doctor who also clearly understands (and can explain) both the substance and the politics involved in health care reform, the public option, etc. (e.g., the fact that seeking "bipartisan" support is a waste of time because there's no way Republicans are going to provide any support). So...remind me again, why isn't Howard Dean in charge of health care reform in the Obama administration?
