It wasn't cheap and it certainly wasn't easy (this made passing health care reform and a cap-and-trade bill look like a snap - lol), but the Washington Nationals signed their man (a record-breaking $15 million for their #1 draft pick, Stephen Strasburg, a pitcher who throws 100 mph).
