So...if
77% of Americans think something's "extremely" or "quite important", then why isn't Congress -
our representatives, last time I checked - making this happen ASAP?!? Why are Democrats wasting time "negotiating" with a bunch of flat-earth, know-nothing demagogues when we've got 60 seats in the Senate, a 78-seat majority in the House of Representatives, the White House
and a clear public mandate for action on this? A few crazy LaRouchies screaming about Hitler at town hall meetings? Barney Frank had the right response to them; now let's get this done for the 77% of Americans who say it's "extremely" or "quite important" to them.
