Glenn Nye Calls for Compensation for WWII Merchant Mariners

According to Rep. Nye, "Despite suffering the highest casualty rate of any service, the Merchant Mariners were excluded from post-war veterans' benefits, including the GI Bill." That's obviously not acceptable, and I commend Rep. Nye for co-sponsoring legislation to remedy this situation.
