Del. Adam Ebbin on Twitter, Delegate William Fralin (R-17) is retiring. Fralin has been a member of the House of Delegates since 2004, representing the counties of Botetourt (part) and Roanoke (part), plus the city of Roanoke (part). Fralin serves on the Education, Privileges and Elections, and Transportation committees.
