Saturday Night YouTube Video: Broooce, Jon Stewart, Sting

Also, pretty cool who Broooce is sitting next to. Not bad for a blue collar guy from New Jersey. :)

Great Movie, Great Cover: "The Wrestler"

If you haven't seen it, definitely check out "The Wrestler", starring Mickey Rourke and Marisa Tomei. It's amazing. Also, check out this excellent cover of Brooooooce's song that runs over the closing credits. Great stuff.

P.S. Yeah, it's Saturday night, definitely time for a break from Virginia politics!

Happy 60th Birthday Brooooce!

To celebrate, here's a recording of Springsteen performing "Backstreets" live at Hammersmith Odeon in 1975 when he was just 26. "And after all this time to find were just like all the rest, stranded in the park and forced to confess to hiding on the backstreets." Man, life goes by fast.
